CANCELLATION POLICY
Single Class, Class Packages and Unlimited Memberships
• You may cancel your class online up to 12 hours before class to avoid a late cancel charge.
• Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations.
• If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, the class will be returned to your account for use at a future date.
• If you cancel less than 12 hours before your class, your card will automatically be charged a $25 late cancel fee.
NO-SHOW POLICY
